The Raffia Wedge Sandals from Prada looks really exotic and it’s like walking with a heavy shoe on your feet. But, if you are to take a closer look at this pair of wedges, you would notice that it is in fact made of something exotic and unique material.

The exoticness would be clearly seen on the wrap around ankle strap with buckle fastening since it is actually made of genuine whip snakeskin.  Aside from that, the other parts are made of raffia material, which is something of a dried palm leaves that are meticulously braided in this particular shoe. The band across the toe also holds raffia, but it is in a leather lining to keep your feet comfortable. The 4¼-inch wedge heel and 1¼-inch platform are also made from raffia.

This Prada sandal is wild in its over-all design and although it is kind of unusual, Prada manages to keep it in a low price of $650. That is already affordable enough given that it is from Prada and that it would also make of a great spring wear along with a maxi dress.
